Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• 8fbd may deduct a transaction fee where applicable.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to activate this bonus. The bonus turnover requirement is 25x — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Terms

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the turnover requirement must be met first.
• Each bet placed with bonus funds must stay within a specified limit; oversized bets may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• All promotions have a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once expired.

VIP Program

8fbd has four VIP tiers. Members move up to higher tiers based on regular play:

• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

8fbd reserves the right to cancel or modify VIP benefits.

Betting Rules

Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum bet amount is set for each game or event, which is displayed in the game interface. 8fbd reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless a clear technical error is identified. In the case of a technical error, the decision of 8fbd will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8fbd. Violations may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or artificial methods.
• Using software, robots, bots, or automated methods to play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Coordinating secretly with other members to place bets (collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing or behaving offensively toward other members.
• Creating an account with false or incomplete information.

Account Suspension and Termination

8fbd may suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Extended period of inactivity.

User Rights

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Please make sure to withdraw your balance before closing your account. If the bonus turnover requirement has not been met, the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn.

Inactive Accounts

An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months. The user will be notified before the inactivity fee takes effect.
